Toaster of Love

As usual, I’ve waited until the last possible moment to buy a gift for the wedding I’m attending this weekend. My options on the gift registry were, at this point, few in number, but there was a very shiny steel toaster left for a decent (not stingy) price and I bought it. I had to come up with something to put on the attached note, so I jotted this off:

Toaster of Love, your mystery maintained,
Your fiery passion always so restrained
Like a lucky union, quickly heated
Never burning out, and soon repeated
